Job Description
Strategic Solutions Consultant at Achievers leveraging expertise to drive enterprise-level deals and enhance employee engagement with their platform.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives on large, complex enterprise opportunities (75,000+ employees).
- Translate complex solutions into HR-focused language and effectively communicate value across multiple stakeholders.
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, strategic priorities, and success metrics.
- Develop tailored solution proposals, demos, and presentations that align with client objectives.
- Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for executive audiences.
- Proactively identify emerging client needs and market trends, and advocate internally for solutions that align with these requirements to drive business growth.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the sales cycle; proactively address objections and competitive threats.
- Partner with Sales Enablement and Marketing to create compelling narratives and thought leadership content.
- Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
- Provide feedback to Product Management on market trends and client needs.
- Support Enterprise Account Executives in building and delivering quantifiable business cases demonstrating ROI and strategic impact of Achievers’ platform.
- Ability to travel up to 25–30% to attend customer meetings, executive presentations, on-site discovery sessions, and industry events.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or similar role within enterprise SaaS (50,000+ employees)
- Proven experience working with enterprise HR technology ecosystems, including HCM platforms such as Workday, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, or comparable solutions
- Familiarity with employee wellness, benefits, and engagement platforms, and how they connect into core HR systems
- Hands-on experience supporting or explaining system integrations, including open APIs, SSO & data flows concepts
- Demonstrated experience partnering with C-level HR leaders (CHRO, CPO, VP of People, Total Rewards, Talent) in enterprise
- Proven experience building ROI models and business cases for C-suite audiences.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Comfortable working in global, matrixed environments and across multiple time zones.
