Job Description
Student Ambassador helping university students use Cengage digital learning products. Creating content, supporting onboarding, and sharing student feedback for a global education technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Help fellow students get started with and use Cengage digital learning products
- Support student onboarding sessions, in-class activities, demonstrations or peer Q&As
- Create social media content about Cengage products, student activities and the Ambassador experience
- Write student-focused content about digital learning
- Create a short video or testimonial about the Cengage experience
- Share authentic feedback and student perspectives with the Cengage team
- Support selected Cengage marketing or student engagement activities
- Attend training sessions and programme check-ins
- Complete agreed activities around the student’s own schedule
- Help Cengage products reach, engage and support university students
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate, postgraduate or PhD student
- Study at an institution using a relevant Cengage digital learning product
- Confident and friendly communicator
- Enjoy helping and engaging with other students
- Organised, reliable and comfortable managing your own time
- Able to work independently and meet agreed deadlines
- Interested in creating content or using social media
- Comfortable getting involved in student-facing activities
- Experience with social media, video creation, presenting, student societies, peer support or campus activities is useful but not essential
