Job Description
Finance subject matter expert creating and evaluating Arabic GCC financial scenarios for LILT’s AI benchmarking projects. Reviewing responses for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and professional quality.
Responsibilities:
- Create realistic, domain-specific finance tasks in the target language reflecting local finance practices
- Adapt and apply scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated and human responses
- Review and score submissions for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and professional quality
- Provide expert feedback
- Contribute to high-quality “gold standard” solutions
- Participate in an AI benchmarking project shaping how AI understands and performs in language-specific financial environments
- Complete onboarding and join the Production team
Requirements:
- Native in the target language (Arabic GCC) with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years of experience in Finance or Financial Services
- Experience may include structuring, compliance, audit, risk, or investment analysis
- Strong knowledge of target locale financial products and frameworks
- Familiarity with target locale regulatory environments, including central banks, capital market authorities, and tax/zakat frameworks
- Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade financial content in the target language
- High attention to detail
- Reliable availability and commitment
- Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
- Must be able to work as an independent 1099 contractor
- Contractors cannot be engaged in regions subject to international embargoes or sanctions
- Responsible for own tax obligations
- English-language resume/C.V. required for application
- Register in Tipalti for payment processing
