Job Description

Supply Chain Associate coordinating logistics, inventory tracking, forecasting, and shipments for Eggs Unlimited, a global egg supplier. Supporting vendors and internal teams during U.S. Pacific business hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records of shipping activities, inventory data, pictures, and logistics documentation
  • Plan and order materials for assigned facilities and ensure on-hand inventory levels
  • Track order deliveries and communicate with suppliers and receivers
  • Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc logistics and inventory reports
  • Respond to shipment-status and logistics-update inquiries
  • Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, and logistics-related communications
  • Coordinate weekly carton-count collection from partner facilities
  • Obtain and update weekly inventory data and maintain internal records
  • Maintain load and inventory tracking worksheets
  • Update external carton status in internal reporting tools and reconcile discrepancies
  • Send daily inventory reports for external locations to internal stakeholders
  • Manage spreadsheets tracking inbound purchase orders and shipment statuses
  • Update plant and warehouse forecasting spreadsheets
  • Maintain plant inventory data, including carton loads and stock movement
  • Process Bills of Lading received from warehouses
  • Verify and approve extra facility invoice charges
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal departments on inventory tracking and reporting accuracy
  • Participate in meetings supporting logistics planning, forecasting, and operational strategies
  • Monitor manufacturer carton shipment status
  • Uphold company mindset, policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Perform other assigned tasks

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred
  • Previous experience in logistics, administration, or a related field preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with logistics software or tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours, including 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
  • Supply chain, purchasing, logistics, inventory control, order management, or operations support experience addressed in application
