Job Description
Associate Inventory Analyst optimizing consignment inventory and performance for Medtronic’s Northern European healthcare operations. Turning data into actionable insights across markets and functions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory performance across one or more Operating Units to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Analyse inventory portfolios to support optimization initiatives, including consignment reduction
- Partner with Operating Unit teams and internal stakeholders to align priorities and support consignment improvement projects
- Develop reports, presentations, and analysis using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for sales teams and internal stakeholders
- Drive adoption of MMX (Medtronic Mobility eXpress) as a self-service tool across field Sales Teams
- Gather local market insights and standardize consignment-related processes across Northern Europe
- Support inventory performance and optimization across Northern Europe
Requirements:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Power BI experience is a strong advantage
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience in end-to-end project management, with a focus on organization, accountability, negotiation and successful delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in inventory management, supply chain, business analysis, project management, or a related area is preferred
- Experience working in a matrix or international organization is preferred
- MedTech industry experience is a strong advantage
