Job Description

Spécialiste support comptable aidant les utilisateurs de Pennylane, logiciel français de gestion financière. Résolution de tickets, intégration de données et transmission des retours aux équipes produit.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business and platform expert for clients using Pennylane as their core accounting and financial management software
  • Serve as the liaison between client executives, in-house accountants, and accounting firms
  • Interact with users daily and understand the issues they encounter
  • Investigate requests and provide an answer or solution, escalating issues to technical teams when necessary
  • Help corporate and accounting-firm accountants integrate their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration
  • Receive and qualify accounting-related requests and provide prompt, relevant responses
  • Track requests through to the complete resolution of tickets
  • Handle increasingly complex customer requests
  • Create and update help resources to foster customer self-sufficiency
  • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues
  • Provide product teams with well-structured feedback on customer usage
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to team efficiency
  • Lead projects that support professional development and product expertise
  • Potentially progress toward more specialized Support questions, account management, or customer implementation

Requirements:

  • Formal training in accounting (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de gestion PME-PMI, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management)
  • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm; ideally, experience covering at least three tax seasons
  • Direct experience working with business owners is a plus
  • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions
  • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Strong written communication skills and a teaching-oriented approach to interacting with users clearly and professionally
  • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs, provide excellent service, and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to rapid product changes
  • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments
  • Visa sponsorship is not available, and we cannot hire candidates outside Europe
