Job Description
Spécialiste support comptable chez Pennylane, éditeur français de logiciels financiers. Résolution des demandes clients, intégration des données et transmission des retours aux équipes produit.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a business and platform expert for clients using Pennylane
- Serve as the liaison between business leaders, in-house accountants, and accounting firms
- Understand the issues users encounter in their day-to-day work
- Investigate requests and provide answers or solutions
- Escalate issues to technical teams when necessary
- Help corporate and firm-based accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration
- Receive and qualify accounting-related requests
- Track tickets through to complete resolution
- Handle increasingly complex customer requests
- Create and update help resources
- Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues
- Provide product teams with well-structured feedback on customer usage
- Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects
Requirements:
- Accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS PME-PMI Management Assistant, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management)
- At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons
- Direct experience working with business leaders is a plus
- Enthusiasm for innovative work tools and new technologies
- Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions
- Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong writing skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly
- Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while providing excellent service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the platform
- Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments
- Must be based in Europe; Pennylane does not provide visa sponsorship
- Comfortable using ticketing tools (Intercom, Zendesk) and documentation tools (Notion)
