Job Description

Support Technician assisting customers using Domínio payroll software. Responsible for phone, email, and chat support while diagnosing and resolving client issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by phone, email, remote access, and/or chat;
  • Diagnose reported errors and provide accurate solutions;
  • Log incoming support tickets in the platform;
  • Provide guidance and answer questions about offered solutions and applicable accounting and payroll legislation.

Requirements:

  • Degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Basic knowledge of payroll;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Knowledge of eSocial;
  • DCTF Web;
  • Hiring and termination procedures;
  • Calculations for vacation pay, 13th salary, and benefits;
  • SEFIP/GFIP;
  • Experience in technical support.
