Job Description
System Analyst providing support for supply chain ERP applications. Collaborating on departmental projects and enhancing applications within Cleveland Clinic's healthcare system.
Responsibilities:
- Provide application, technical and preventative maintenance support for multiple end-user systems
- Contribute to departmental projects and solutions implementation
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of networking and distributed computing environment concepts and principles of client/server configuration
- Support development of information system requirements to include process and documentation creation and maintenance
- Maintain user confidence
- Protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Maintain a high level of quality work in a stressful environment
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field OR High School Diploma/GED and successful completion of an ITD apprenticeship program and two years of experience
- One year of implementation, support and management of computer-based information systems experience, preferably in a health care environment OR equivalent experience in end user training or an operational/financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems OR Bachelor’s Degree
- ITIL Foundations certification upon or within six months of hire
- Microsoft, CompTIA or equivalent certification
- Experience in a healthcare environment
