Job Description
Analista Funcional Pleno at Vivo focusing on business requirements in the Ciclo da Receita domain. Collaborating on various multi-disciplinary projects within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Mid-level Functional Analyst in the Revenue Cycle, supporting the translation of business requirements into functional and technical requirements;
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation;
- Monitor development to ensure quality, security, scalability and performance in accordance with the architecture;
- Support development plans and schedules, contributing to on-time and high-quality deliveries;
- Oversee internal and external vendors;
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and Proofs of Concept (PoCs);
- Support clean code practices, automated testing, code reviews and DevSecOps;
- Assist with impact analysis, zero-downtime evolutions and query optimization;
- Contribute to estimations, risk assessments and deliveries to production;
- Support development using React, Java/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs and Kafka;
- Participate in PoCs involving AI, low-code platforms, containers and cloud-native technologies;
- Collaborate with Developers, QA, Security and FinOps teams in solution design;
- Share knowledge and promote best practices;
- Propose improvements, automations and optimizations leveraging AI and FinOps;
- Support system dependencies and map end-to-end (E2E) flows;
- Help translate requirements into clear technical user stories.
Requirements:
- Having a degree in progress or completed in technology fields such as Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related areas is a plus;
- Desirable experience with application integration tools and services;
- Experience in projects involving Architecture;
- Experience with Telecom revenue cycle systems (Billing, Collections, Mediation), security systems, vendor management and Agile methodologies;
- Experience with cloud systems, hexagonal architecture/microservices, DevOps and event-driven architectures;
- Experience working with Agile methodologies;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Must act proactively as an owner in seeking the best solutions to meet needs and opportunities for delivering value;
- Must maintain good relationships with other contacting areas and act as a facilitator with project teams, support, peers and teams involved in project deliveries;
- Innovative profile with curiosity and ownership in pursuing digital transformation;
- Must reside in Greater São Paulo.
