Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manager at Torrero, overseeing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced iGaming environment. Fluent Russian and English needed, with a focus on international and digital markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing & selecting candidates to extending job offers
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across international and Russian-speaking job markets
  • Post vacancies on relevant local and international job boards
  • Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key business areas
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes
  • Ensure positive candidate experience and strong employer branding

Requirements:

  • Fluent Russian and English (both spoken and written)
  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within iGaming, IT, Fintech, or Digital Marketing
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct search, networking)
  • Experience with ATS software
  • Experience recruiting for technical and digital roles will be a plus
  • High level of ownership, proactivity, and decision-making capability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment
