Job Description
Buchhaltungsfachkraft unterstützt E-Commerce-Unternehmer bei pathway solutions’ automatisierter Buchhaltungssoftware. Betreuung per E-Mail und Video-Call sowie Verbesserung wiederkehrender Lösungen.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to e-commerce entrepreneurs via email and video calls with accounting-related issues
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication
- Identify recurring issues and improve solutions
- Work closely with the Onboarding Automation team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on SMART goals
- Experience using DATEV (mandatory requirement)
- Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry
- Independent, structured, and process-oriented approach to work
- Open to feedback, digital working, and a remote-first environment
- Fluent in German and English
