Job Description
Team manager for Customer Service at The Stepstone Group. Leading operational strategies and enhancing customer satisfaction through service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Disciplinary and functional leadership of a Customer Service team of approx. 10–15 employees
- Build, manage and strategically develop the teams, driving team performance
- Active stakeholder management and close collaboration with other departments
- Ensure qualitative and quantitative targets with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Organize and coordinate day-to-day operations and initiate process and product improvements
- Take ownership in projects such as system implementations or process optimizations
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a business or organisational field
- Several years' experience leading teams in a Customer Service or Operations environment
- Strong analytical and organisational skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Confident presence, strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
- Passion for process improvement, service quality and lasting customer satisfaction
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments — ideally in a post-sales or service role
