Job Description
Technischer Außendienst für RWA- und Lüftungslösungen bei D+H Mechatronic. Beratung, Neukundengewinnung und Betreuung von Kunden in Norddeutschland.
Responsibilities:
- Approach and acquire new technical customers, with a focus on consulting and needs assessment
- Provide technical advice on solutions relating to smoke and heat exhaust ventilation (SHEV) systems
- Conduct site surveys and assess existing systems
- Identify maintenance, service, and optimization opportunities
- Support and develop existing customer relationships
- Work closely with Service, Engineering, and Inside Sales teams
- Maintain structured documentation in the CRM and derive actions for territory development
- Offer solutions for defective smoke and heat exhaust ventilation systems
- Register new maintenance sites in the customer portfolio
Requirements:
- Technical vocational training (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, or HVAC/plumbing) or commercial training combined with additional technical qualifications
- Experience as a service technician, applications engineer, technical field service representative, or in technical sales
- Enthusiasm for building something new and taking ownership
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and enjoy working directly with customers
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Confident use of CRM systems, tablets, and mobile tools
- Sales experience is an advantage
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
