Job Description
Remote Texas insurance representative serving customers across State Farm’s insurance and financial services products. Building client relationships, supporting office operations, and promoting community awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives
- Help customers with insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance
Requirements:
- Must reside in Texas
- Prior State Farm experience highly preferred
- Current insurance licensing highly preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior State Farm experience preferred
- Currently licensed applicants preferred
