Job Description

Technical Project Manager managing corporate power events for global data centers. Focus on overseeing project deadlines and ensuring client satisfaction through technical coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and coordinate resources for 'power events' for data centers globally
  • Oversee all aspects of projects, setting deadlines and ensuring client satisfaction through communication and service improvements
  • Work with RCC project and technical teams and client IT teams
  • Perform power-ups and power-downs at multiple sites and data centers worldwide
  • Manage work schedules allowing for weekend work as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Manager or related management role
  • Knowledge of Networking, Data Centers, or Infrastructure
  • Some ServiceNow experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to schedule and run projects remotely
  • Coordination of Lines of Business, resources, and timelines
  • Some networking experience / IT Infrastructure experience
  • Ability to work across several time zones and different cultures
  • College Degree preferred
