Job Description
Technical Project Manager managing corporate power events for global data centers. Focus on overseeing project deadlines and ensuring client satisfaction through technical coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and coordinate resources for 'power events' for data centers globally
- Oversee all aspects of projects, setting deadlines and ensuring client satisfaction through communication and service improvements
- Work with RCC project and technical teams and client IT teams
- Perform power-ups and power-downs at multiple sites and data centers worldwide
- Manage work schedules allowing for weekend work as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Manager or related management role
- Knowledge of Networking, Data Centers, or Infrastructure
- Some ServiceNow experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to schedule and run projects remotely
- Coordination of Lines of Business, resources, and timelines
- Some networking experience / IT Infrastructure experience
- Ability to work across several time zones and different cultures
- College Degree preferred
