Job Description
Technical Project Manager II collaborating with account teams for high-profile customers. Delivering creative technical solutions while ensuring customer success in a global context.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with account teams to evaluate customer architecture and deliver the best of class solutions.
- Ensuring customer success by focusing on best practice, helping develop a long-term web performance and security strategy.
- Partnering cross-functionally to review and ensure integration efficiency, deliver high quality service and ensure customer engagement.
- Identifying service enhancements and potential problems to ensure continuous improvements to quality of customer service.
- Participating on internal projects to contribute to best practices, improving our methodology and quality of integrations.
- Mentoring and coaching other team members to share skills and knowledge and to help team development.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the IT industry.
- Have experience in web technologies such as HTTP/DNS or other Web Development methodologies and languages.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to present to various stakeholders.
- Have the ability to be a technical consultant building trusted relationships with stakeholders across various levels.
- Demonstrate experience in managing and delivering technical projects with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Enjoy working as part of a global team with a real can-do attitude.
