Technical Support Representative providing customer solutions through troubleshooting and support for TaskUs. Managing customer inquiries and maintaining device testing to ensure efficient resolutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and resolve customer issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Manage and maintain a test lab of devices
  • Document customer interactions according to procedures
  • Deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service

Requirements:

  • 2+ years technical support experience
  • Impeccable communication and writing skills
  • General curiosity about technical concepts
  • Ability to quickly learn
  • Well-versed in chat and email etiquette
  • Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
