Job Description
Technical Support Representative providing customer solutions through troubleshooting and support for TaskUs. Managing customer inquiries and maintaining device testing to ensure efficient resolutions.
Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve customer issues via phone, email, and chat
- Manage and maintain a test lab of devices
- Document customer interactions according to procedures
- Deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service
Requirements:
- 2+ years technical support experience
- Impeccable communication and writing skills
- General curiosity about technical concepts
- Ability to quickly learn
- Well-versed in chat and email etiquette
- Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
