Job Description
Legal counsel handling tenant law cases and digitalizing legal processes for a modern law firm. Collaborating with various teams and assisting in product development and legal representation.
Responsibilities:
- Help establish a new era of legal enforcement and be part of the mission to digitize and automate legal processes
- Manage client relationships and communication, providing legal advice and representation in tenancy law cases
- Conduct negotiations with counterparties and opposing counsel
- Draft complaints, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents
- Independently handle cases and represent clients both out of court and in court
- Work closely with various internal teams
- Contribute experience and feedback to the product development process
Requirements:
- Fully qualified lawyer licensed in Germany with at least 1 year of experience (ideally in tenancy law)
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented working style
- Strong motivation and energy to contribute in a dynamic work environment
- Proactive mindset focused on improving legal processes through technology
- Meticulous work style with strong prioritization skills
- Willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility for your work
- Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities
