Job Description

Legal counsel handling tenant law cases and digitalizing legal processes for a modern law firm. Collaborating with various teams and assisting in product development and legal representation.

Responsibilities:

  • Help establish a new era of legal enforcement and be part of the mission to digitize and automate legal processes
  • Manage client relationships and communication, providing legal advice and representation in tenancy law cases
  • Conduct negotiations with counterparties and opposing counsel
  • Draft complaints, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents
  • Independently handle cases and represent clients both out of court and in court
  • Work closely with various internal teams
  • Contribute experience and feedback to the product development process

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified lawyer licensed in Germany with at least 1 year of experience (ideally in tenancy law)
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented working style
  • Strong motivation and energy to contribute in a dynamic work environment
  • Proactive mindset focused on improving legal processes through technology
  • Meticulous work style with strong prioritization skills
  • Willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility for your work
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities
