Job Description
Test Consultant developing and executing automated and manual tests in agile teams. Collaborating within a multi-skilled team to deliver innovative SaaS products for Workday customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand testing requirements and objectives
- Develop test cases AND test scripts based on specifications and requirements
- Execute test cases and document test results, identifying and prioritising defects for resolution
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
- Communicate effectively with project team members to ensure timely delivery of testing activities
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing
- Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (desirable)
- Experience using JIRA Software for test case management and defect tracking (desirable)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices (desirable)
- Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium or Cucumber (desirable)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes (desirable)
- Knowledge or experience of Automated Testing (desirable)
