Job Description
Trade Investment & Pricing Manager developing pricing and investment strategies at The Quality Group. Collaborating with various teams to ensure profitable growth in the commercial sector.
Responsibilities:
- Further develop the framework for trade terms and conditions
- Provide sound analyses and strategic recommendations
- Support Key Account Managers in negotiations
- Ensure a consistent and transparent pricing structure
- Analyze sales and promotion results
- Develop pricing and promotion strategies
- Contribute to the international pricing and investment strategy
- Work closely with Finance, Brand, and Commercial Operations
- Prepare meaningful reports and presentations
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5 years' professional experience in Sales, Pricing, Commercial Finance, or Controlling — ideally in the FMCG sector
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to confidently assess complex financial and commercial scenarios
- Strong hands-on mentality and the ability to find pragmatic solutions
- Clear communication and strong presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Business-fluent German and English (C1 level)
