Job Description
Engaged trainer for adult education in accounting, investment, and controlling. Conducting interactive online classes and preparing students for IHK exams.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting lessons via MS Teams
- Teaching subject matter in the areas of accounting, cost and performance accounting, investment & financing, and controlling
- Designing interactive online lessons using modern, learner-centered teaching methods
- Preparing and developing course materials in line with the IHK framework plan
- Creating practice-oriented exercises
- Targeted preparation for the IHK examination
Requirements:
- A completed commercial vocational qualification or a degree (e.g., Wirtschaftsfachwirt, Industriefachwirt, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in at least two of the following areas: Accounting; Cost and Performance Accounting; Investment and Financing; Controlling
- A pedagogical qualification (e.g., AEVO, trainer certification, Meisterprüfung) or at least one year of teaching experience in adult education
- Experience in advanced vocational training and participation on IHK examination committees is an advantage
- Didactic talent and enthusiasm for digital teaching
- Strong communication skills, reliability and a structured way of working
- Technical affinity, particularly with MS Teams and digital tools
