Job Description
Trainer delivering structured coaching for an electricity project in Sarajevo. Developing employees’ knowledge, skills, and training materials while tracking coaching outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver coaching sessions and achieve coaching objectives for the electricity project
- Design and deliver coaching sessions in a systematic and methodical manner
- Support employees’ professional development and help build job-related knowledge and skills
- Prepare, deliver, follow up on, and report on coaching sessions
- Prepare training materials
- Conduct training needs analyses to select the appropriate coaching approach
- Work closely with the Program Manager (Supervisor & ACCM)
- Take calls to stay up to date on new developments and changes
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken German skills and good English skills (at least B2 level)
- Strong self-management, learning ability, and creativity
- Flexible and results-oriented approach
- Strong analytical, instructional, and systematic-methodical skills
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of relationship management
- Ability to resolve conflicts and lead a training class professionally and strategically
- Cover letter and CV in German, combined into a single PDF document
