Job Description
Mental Health Professional Trainer delivering clinical, crisis intervention, and Netsmart myAvatar training. Supporting documentation workflows for Arkansas nonprofit behavioral health provider Arisa Health.
Responsibilities:
- Provide all new-hire Mental Health Professional training, including Netsmart myAvatar, documentation, clinical services, crisis intervention, and agency policies and procedures
- Provide clinical support and training in the Netsmart myAvatar Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Maintain and update Netsmart training materials
- Distribute reports to clinical leadership
- Respond to support and training requests from Mental Health Professionals and other clinical roles
- Recommend whether correction requests are clinically appropriate
- Provide additional myAvatar-related support as requested
- Attend myAvatar CWS calls
- Utilize Netsmart Connect and review other resources to support clinical practices and organizational workflow
- Report to the Clinical Vice President
- Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in counseling or social work
- Current independent Arkansas license (PhD, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPE)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Mental Health Professional
- Excellent clinical, organization, and presentation skills
- Passion for training and development of other Mental Health Professionals
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem solve as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team
