Job Description
BIM-Trainer:in bei WBS TRAINING für Smart-Building- und Gebäudemodell-Kompetenzen. Vermittlung von BIM-Prinzipien, LOD, Datenqualität und Informationsflüssen im Homeoffice.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from home via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Provide a comprehensive overview of BIM principles, terminology, and applications throughout the entire building lifecycle
- Apply a range of teaching methods, including practical case studies and group work
- Explain Levels of Detail (LOD), data quality requirements, and information flows
- Prepare and develop course-related learning materials in accordance with the curriculum
- Conduct competency assessments
- Support participants’ skills development and integration into the job market
Requirements:
- Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, facility management, real estate management, or a comparable field
- Extensive practical and methodological expertise in BIM
- Experience with digital building models, LOD concepts, and BIM applications across various lifecycle phases
- Excellent communication skills
- Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies
- Teaching qualification (AEVO)
- Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content
- Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Very good command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
