Job Description

User Acquisition Manager scaling global growth for a fast-growing AI-powered communication startup. Managing acquisition channels and ad budgets while optimizing performance metrics across markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and scale **paid acquisition channels** (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Manage and optimize **high daily ad budgets**
  • Improve **CAC, ROAS, and LTV** across markets
  • Test creatives, audiences, and funnels continuously
  • Work closely with product to improve **conversion & retention**
  • Identify high-LTV countries and scale winning markets
  • Build and iterate on growth strategies end-to-end

Requirements:

  • ** 5+ years of experience** in performance marketing
  • Proven track record in **scaling B2C mobile apps**
  • Strong understanding of **ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution**
  • Experience managing **large ad budgets**
  • Data-driven mindset (you live in dashboards)
  • Fast execution, ownership, and startup energy
  • Experience with subscription apps is a big plus
