Job Description
Veterans Disability Attorney at Rob Levine Law managing VA disability benefits and assisting veterans. Team collaboration and advocacy at conferences and hearings are key responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Intake evaluation
- Supervision of your own team of trained administrative support staff
- Record analysis, legal research, and brief writing
- Advocacy at VA conferences and hearings before a Veterans' Law Judge
Requirements:
- A license to practice law (in good standing) in any state is required
- Accreditation by the Department of Veterans' Affairs is preferred
