Job Description
Senior leadership role overseeing financial strategy and analytics for Integrated Dermatology practices in the US. Partnering with executives to drive growth and optimize performance.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to executive and physician leadership
- Lead enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to practice profitability and provider productivity
- Support M&A due diligence, valuation modeling, and integration tracking
- Ensure financial controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance across practices
- Build and lead a scalable Business Intelligence function
- Oversee dashboards and reporting for executives and physician partners
- Collaborate with IT to ensure complete integration of data across critical systems (i.e. EHR, PM, billing, payroll, HRIS, and GL systems)
- Optimize provider compensation and productivity models
- Analyze practice-level performance for margin improvement
- Support payer strategy and reimbursement analysis
- Provide insight into ancillary services profitability
- Lead and develop high-performing finance and analytics teams
- Establish governance, processes, and accountability
- Implement a forecasting & budgeting application
- Foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive finance or analytics leadership experience
- Healthcare services or physician practice management experience
- Strong financial modeling and BI skills
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar credential (Preferred)
- Dermatology, PPM, or private equity–backed healthcare experience (Preferred)
- M&A integration experience (Preferred)
- Familiarity with dermatology EHR and PM system (Preferred)
