Job Description
VP of Surgical Services leading operations and compliance at Intermountain Health. Overseeing surgical services with a focus on quality and financial performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead operations and set vision/strategy for surgical services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Guide the design and deployment of evidence-based best practices.
- Oversee financial and operational aspects ensuring efficiency.
- Leverage integrated healthcare delivery model to engage with physicians.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree or enrollment in a Master's Degree Program with completion within 3 years.
- Extensive and progressive leadership experience in integrated healthcare, managed care, or hospital environments.
- Experience managing complex issues in highly matrixed organizations.
- Proven track record in leading change initiatives and collaboration.
- Skills related to balancing clinical, regulatory, and financial outcomes.
