Job Description
Multilingual Virtual Assistant providing customer support in English, Spanish, and Italian. Assisting with inquiries, scheduling, and CRM management for internet connectivity services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in English, Spanish, and Italian.
- Call back customers who were unable to reach support.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to: Installation scheduling, Pricing and service information, Delays or service updates.
- Redirect requests to the appropriate internal team when issues are outside scope.
- Create, update, and manage tickets in the CRM system.
- Proactively follow up with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
Requirements:
- Fluent or professional working proficiency in Italian, English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to show progress without being prompted.
- Comfortable picking up the phone to resolve customer issues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Daily communication using Slack.
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn calling platforms such as Dialpad or RingCentral.
- Experience using CRM systems (Freshdesk or similar).
- Strong ability to learn new software quickly.
- Previous experience in call centers or customer support environments (e.g. Teleperformance).
- Experience supporting telecommunications, connectivity, or installation-based services.
