Job Description
Virtual Service Sales managing MSA business for PCS products. Collaborating with various teams for service contract renewals and new acquisitions in Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Virtual Service Sales Leaderのもとで、サービス組織の財務的コミットメントを確実に達成するために、販売活動を行う
- 担当エリアにおけるPCS製品の保守契約を、架電による営業活動を行い、オンタイムでの保守更新(MSA Renewal)や新規獲得、Price-up、Up Sell、を実行する
- 担当部門(PCS製品、その他あり)のMSAセールスやフィールドサービスエンジニア、機器営業チーム、販売店、本社マーケティング部門と緊密に連携して、ビジネスの成長を支え担当エリアにおける保守ビジネスの売上と利益目標の達成に貢献する
- 担当エリアのMSAセールスがより顧客訪問による付加価値を提供できるよう、サービスセールスチーム全体の営業生産性の向上に貢献する
- CRMへの顧客状況の入力、MSAセールスチームへの情報連携、見積作成、契約書作成依頼等の業務を行う
Requirements:
- 顧客と架電での交渉が行えるネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
- 優れた対人関係スキル、自信を持って強い主体性を発揮するチームプレーヤー
- サービス部門もしくは営業部門における営業経験、または医療関連分野のサービスエンジニアとしての3年以上の経験
- フィールド経験に基づき、社内および顧客への影響力を持った一定の交渉能力
- 顧客のために必要なことを実行するために、社内関係者と連携をとる対人関係スキル
- 高いコンプライアンス意識
