Job Description
Sales professional leading multi-year relationships with top enterprise accounts in North America for HPE solutions. Focusing on hardware, software, and services to achieve customer goals and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own planning and execution for assigned top-tier accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Lead multi-BU transformation deals combining hardware, software, services, and partner solutions.
- Reframe customer priorities focusing on outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Quantify and report account results (TCO/ROI, risk mitigation, revenue growth).
Requirements:
- Strong business acumen with ability to frame customer challenges and connect to HPE solutions.
- Executive presence and stakeholder influence, skilled at engaging and influencing senior executives.
- Demonstrated record of aligning diverse teams and managing risks in deal orchestration.
- Experience leading multi-year account strategies for enterprise customers.
- Experience selling integrated hardware, software, and services solutions, focusing on business cases.
- Regular engagement with senior executives and developing relationships across business lines.
- Experience closing complex, partner-intensive deals involving hardware, SaaS, and services.
