Job Description

Converter Market Sales Specialist responsible for driving sales growth across assigned accounts in Nordic Region. Collaborating with diverse teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving profitable sales growth across assigned converter accounts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional sales teams within the Industrial Tapes and Adhesives Division (IATD).
  • Identifying, developing, and capturing new business opportunities.
  • Leading profitable growth through strategic account management and promotion of the full 3M portfolio.
  • Implementing sales and growth strategies to expand share of wallet.
  • Supporting projects from concept development through qualification, commercialization, and final delivery.
  • Communicating differentiated technical and commercial value propositions.
  • Promoting a high-performance, customer-focused culture through strong commercial acumen and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Significant experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management.
  • Proven success driving sales growth and managing complex customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, influencing, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent sales planning, execution, and opportunity management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Commercially astute with solid business and financial acumen.
  • Agile and results-oriented, with the ability to navigate complex markets and supply chains.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
