Job Description
Product Manager for AutoMiner CDP at PureCars, focusing on customer data management for automotive marketing. Collaborating across teams to develop and execute product strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the AutoMiner CDP.
- Translate dealership and automotive professional needs into well-defined technical requirements, backed by data and industry insights.
- Conduct customer research, including interviews, surveys, and feedback analysis, to refine product features and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-value features on time and within scope.
- Leverage machine learning and advanced analytics to create unique differentiators for the AutoMiner CDP.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring seamless execution of deliverables.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in customer data platforms CRM, CDP, DMP
- Extensive knowledge of the automotive industry, including dealership operations and customer data strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, CRM platforms, Dealer Management Systems, and customer data platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
