Job Description

Website Performance Manager supporting automotive dealerships through Team Velocity’s integrated marketing technology and services. Managing client relationships, website performance, reporting, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of automotive dealership clients
  • Manage a full and/or complex account load
  • Understand and articulate user problems, triage and prioritize bugs and issues
  • Execute monthly customer reporting covering KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, priorities, and expectations
  • Assess, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to leadership
  • Communicate priorities, timelines, and deadlines while providing customer guidance
  • Use Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, and monitor team efficiency
  • Drive portfolio application growth through upsell, expansion, and upgrades
  • Manage account progress and results to support external client retention
  • Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other inter-departmental teams
  • Recommend site performance and enhancement opportunities, including creative services, third-party advisements, and responsive design

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management
  • Understanding of dealership operations and ability to work effectively with all dealership levels
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing
  • Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, or related areas
  • Strong written, verbal, phone communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment
  • High energy, enthusiasm, resilience, determination, proactiveness, relentlessness, and drive
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy, website concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics
  • Solid analytical and data-driven thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must reside in the Continental U.S. and support 8:30AM–5:30PM PST business hours
