Job Description
The Home Depot, a home-improvement retailer, develops high-potential and executive talent through leadership-learning programs. Managing enterprise learning operations, effectiveness measurement, stakeholders, and Learning Management System initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of high-potential and executive talent across the enterprise through leadership development programs and experiences
- Lead the design, delivery, operations, and measurement of leadership development experiences
- Forecast training demand and create scalable learning solution approaches
- Develop, manage, and report on project plans supporting content strategy
- Create and deploy learning programs and reporting solutions in the Learning Management System
- Manage day-to-day operations of ongoing learning and development solutions
- Create internal processes to improve program participation and execution
- Monitor program/process expenses and maintain the budget
- Monitor, measure, and report on learning solution effectiveness
- Assess learning impact on business and individual performance and create continuous-improvement action plans
- Build relationships with business, HR, Learning, Design & Development, Technology, Delivery, Product, and other cross-functional partners
- Communicate program/process status to internal stakeholders and client groups
- Develop and execute communication and change plans for major initiatives
- Design, test, and deploy Learning Management System functionality, security, and processes
- Determine learner needs and contribute to learning solution design
- Manage independent learning projects as needed
- Partner with executives, external providers, coaches, and faculty
Requirements:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- High school diploma and/or GED typically acquired for the role
- 4 years of work experience required
- Experience planning, managing, and executing leadership development programs or experiences
- Experience supporting high-potential, leadership, executive, or talent development initiatives
- Strong program and project management experience, including managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience partnering with executives, external providers, coaches, faculty, and cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale initiatives
- Experience using participant feedback, survey results, and data insights to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels
- Experience coordinating leadership experiences, executive onboarding, executive coaching, or similar talent development programs
- Experience with learning technologies, talent systems, or Learning Management Systems
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Retail industry experience or Home Depot equivalent preferred
