Job Description
Director leading the evolution of Workforce-as-a-Service solutions at Concentrix. Crafting commercial strategy, product design, and driving adoption in workforce management.
Responsibilities:
- Define the WaaS vision, align strategies with enterprise priorities, and identify target segments and high-impact use-cases.
- Transform workforce capabilities into well-defined WaaS products and services, ensuring scalability and repeatability.
- Design pricing frameworks, build ROI models, and establish commercial guardrails to drive profitable growth.
- Integrate WaaS into GTM strategies, develop sales enablement tools, and support strategic deals with executive sponsorship.
- Develop pilot frameworks, success criteria, and scaling models to ensure smooth client transitions and long-term adoption.
- Shape the WaaS technology strategy, focusing on AI-enabled planning, automation, and workforce intelligence platforms.
- Engage with global leadership and build strong cross-functional partnerships to align GTM strategy with delivery.
Requirements:
- Senior leadership in Enterprise Solutions, WFM, Consulting, or CX/Outsourcing.
- Proven track record in market launch of complex services.
- Strong commercial acumen and executive communication skills.
