Job Description
Data Support Engineer role at Parqet focused on improving data quality and supporting user inquiries. Collaborate with developers and product management to enhance user experience and data tools.
Responsibilities:
- You will help us further develop and improve Parqet's data quality
- You will work specifically on automating data acquisition and correction to improve Parqet's data quality
- You will assist in support, where users report data issues
- Actively communicate with the community via email to handle data requests effectively and to document and resolve possible errors or improvements internally
- Ensure and further develop the data quality of asset data and data tools
- Work closely with other developers, support, and product management to quickly implement requirements and feedback
Requirements:
- You are enrolled as a student for at least another 6 months
- You have a strong affinity for easy-to-use software and are excited by the idea of contributing to Parqet's improvement
- You have solid knowledge of Python and ideally have experience working with large datasets
- You enjoy analyzing technical problems independently and developing pragmatic solutions
- You can work in a structured way and have an eye for detail, especially in data processing
- Ideally, you already use Parqet yourself and know it well
- You are enthusiastic about fintech, investments, and user-friendly software
- You want to have a direct impact on potentially thousands of users as part of a dynamic team
