Job Description
Werkstudent Founders Associate bei Adwise Media, einem Retail-Media-Unternehmen für Werbung am Point of Sale. Unterstützung der Gründer bei Strategie, Operations, Analysen, KI und Automatisierung.
Responsibilities:
- Support the founders with strategic and operational topics
- Independently take on and execute a variety of projects
- Research and prepare information to support entrepreneurial decision-making
- Prepare analyses, presentations, reports, and decision papers
- Analyze company KPIs and derive specific recommendations for action
- Support projects in sales, operations, marketing, and business development
- Analyze and further develop existing internal processes
- Coordinate and follow up on key projects and tasks
- Research new business opportunities, markets, tools, and technologies
- Support the team with short-notice operational challenges
- Use AI and automation tools where they can make processes or tasks meaningfully more efficient
- Independently familiarize yourself with new topics, solve problems in a structured manner, and develop your own proposed solutions
Requirements:
- You are currently enrolled at a college or university
- You are interested in entrepreneurship, building businesses, and broader business and economic relationships
- You grasp new concepts quickly and can independently familiarize yourself with new topics
- You work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner
- You have high personal standards for quality and take responsibility for your tasks
- You have strong analytical skills and can quickly process and present information clearly
- You are digitally savvy and quickly get up to speed with new tools and systems
- Ideally, you already have experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable applications
- You view AI as a tool and can assess when tasks can be completed more efficiently through AI or automation
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage
- You have excellent written and spoken German skills
- Prior experience with automation tools such as Make or n8n is a plus, but not required
