Job Description
Werkstudent:in unterstützt Finance-&-Controlling-Projektmanagement bei Future Marketing, einer Marketing- und Sales-Transformationsberatung. SAP-Projektabrechnung, Kundenanlage und Excel-Reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Support for project management in creating, budgeting, and billing projects in SAP
- Support with customer and vendor master data setup in SAP
- Collaboration with Group Controlling, Accounting, and various units of the Serviceplan Group
- Monitoring ongoing billing processes and the rolling forecast
- Preparation of Excel reports, e.g., job-time reports as well as project-based revenue and cost reports
- Further development of internal processes and structures
Requirements:
- Quick learner with a high energy level and a strong ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and a good sense of humour
- Confident and enthusiastic user of Excel
- Enjoy working with numbers and preparing reports
- Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
- Structured, results-oriented and independent working style
- Interest in improving internal processes and structures
- Enjoyment of project management
- No prior work experience required
