Job Description
Freelance German customer service supporting TRETMANN’s rowing machines and sports equipment customers. Handling written Amazon support, incoming calls, returns, and ticket documentation remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and Amazon in a friendly and clear manner
- Manage Amazon channels, including Buyer-Seller Messaging, A-to-z Claims, and returns
- Answer incoming calls and respond to questions about the products
- Coordinate with logistics and returns teams
- Keep the ticketing system up to date and document inquiries
- Suggest ideas for improving customer service
- Support customers in using rowing machines, pedal exercisers, and other sports equipment
Requirements:
- Native-level German, both written and spoken
- Experience in written customer communication
- Confident, accurate, and error-free written communication
- Experience in Amazon customer service
- Knowledge of Seller Central, Buyer-Seller Messaging, A-to-z Claims, and returns processing
- Experience handling phone calls
- Experience working from home
- Ability to organize your daily work independently and communicate reliably
- Own laptop, USB headset, stable internet connection, and a quiet room for taking calls
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Basic technical understanding of sports equipment is desirable
- Freelance status and ability to invoice for services
