Job Description

Freelance German customer service supporting TRETMANN’s rowing machines and sports equipment customers. Handling written Amazon support, incoming calls, returns, and ticket documentation remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and Amazon in a friendly and clear manner
  • Manage Amazon channels, including Buyer-Seller Messaging, A-to-z Claims, and returns
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to questions about the products
  • Coordinate with logistics and returns teams
  • Keep the ticketing system up to date and document inquiries
  • Suggest ideas for improving customer service
  • Support customers in using rowing machines, pedal exercisers, and other sports equipment

Requirements:

  • Native-level German, both written and spoken
  • Experience in written customer communication
  • Confident, accurate, and error-free written communication
  • Experience in Amazon customer service
  • Knowledge of Seller Central, Buyer-Seller Messaging, A-to-z Claims, and returns processing
  • Experience handling phone calls
  • Experience working from home
  • Ability to organize your daily work independently and communicate reliably
  • Own laptop, USB headset, stable internet connection, and a quiet room for taking calls
  • Flexibility regarding working hours
  • Basic technical understanding of sports equipment is desirable
  • Freelance status and ability to invoice for services
