Job Description

Remote ABA Recruiter building talent pipelines for Double Care ABA’s applied behavior analysis services. Recruiting BCBAs, RBTs, and behavioral health professionals from sourcing through onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified ABA professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and related clinical/support staff
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, career fairs, schools, and other recruiting channels
  • Review resumes and applications and conduct initial candidate screenings
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity records within the ATS
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, qualifications, schedules, and hiring priorities
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, credential verification, and other pre-employment requirements
  • Assist with offer preparation, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
  • Develop creative strategies to attract qualified ABA candidates in competitive labor markets
  • Build relationships with universities, colleges, training programs, RBT programs, and professional organizations
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, including applicant volume, interview activity, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and retention trends
  • Stay informed about ABA industry staffing trends and relevant certification and credentialing requirements
  • Support employer-branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, education, or human services
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, or similar healthcare/clinical professionals is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
  • Professional, responsive, and candidate-focused approach
  • Experience with healthcare or behavioral health recruiting
  • Familiarity with BCBA and RBT certification requirements
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing platforms
  • Monday to Friday availability, 9am to 5pm EST
