Job Description
Recruitment Specialist hiring interpreters for Kreato Global’s OPI, VRI, and ASL language solutions. Managing sourcing, interviews, pipelines, onboarding, and hiring targets remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels
- Conduct virtual interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources
- Experience in high-volume recruitment is highly preferred
- Experience in the BPO, staffing, or language services industry is a strong advantage
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Contractors are responsible for complying with applicable tax and legal requirements in their country of residence
