Job Description
Patient Recruiter screening and enrolling patients for UniTriTeam’s clinical research clients. Conducting bilingual outreach, eligibility assessments, and trial recruitment tracking remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential clinical trial participants via inbound and outbound calls
- Pre-screen and assess patients for eligibility based on study protocols
- Educate patients on clinical trial participation, benefits, and expectations
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the recruitment tracking system
- Collaborate with study teams to ensure timely follow-up and enrollment
- Use CRM software such as HubSpot and phone systems for communication and tracking
- Provide culturally sensitive support in English and Spanish as needed
- Target 70 total calls per day and 5 patients scheduled per day for screening visits
Requirements:
- Medical background; a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field such as Nursing, Biology, or similar is acceptable
- Clinical research experience required: minimum 1 year in a patient recruitment setting or clinical research coordinator setting
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience, preferably in a medical or clinical setting
- English required
- Spanish-English bilingual ability preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce and virtual call center or phone systems is a strong plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
- Passion for advancing medical research and improving patient outcomes
- Ability to work EST hours
