Job Description
Patient Recruiter supporting UniTriTeam’s clinical research clients through patient outreach and trial screening. Conducting calls, qualifying participants, and coordinating enrollment remotely during EST hours.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential clinical trial participants via inbound and outbound calls
- Pre-screen and assess patients for eligibility based on study protocols
- Educate patients on clinical trial participation, benefits, and expectations
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the recruitment tracking system
- Collaborate with study teams to ensure timely follow-up and enrollment
- Use CRM software such as HubSpot and phone systems for communication and tracking
- Provide culturally sensitive support in both English and Spanish as needed
- Target 70 total calls per day and 5 patients scheduled per day for screening visits
- Support clinical research clients by identifying and qualifying patients for clinical-trial participation
Requirements:
- English required; Spanish-English preferred
- Medical background; a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field such as Nursing or Biology is acceptable
- Minimum 1 year of clinical research experience in a patient recruitment or clinical research coordinator setting required
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience, preferably in a medical or clinical setting
- Bilingual Spanish/English with strong verbal and written communication skills preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and virtual call center or phone systems is a strong plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
- Passion for advancing medical research and improving patient outcomes
