Job Description
Account Director responsible for owning and growing the Ski portfolio across major accounts and handling business development activities within the United States. Seeking a team player passionate about Mashgin's technology.
Responsibilities:
- Aggressively identifying, prospecting, and closing new business across every major ski conglomerate and independent resort in the US
- Building strong relationships over a long-term selling cycle
- Assisting the project management, deployment, and customer success teams in execution and client retention
- Demonstrating our product suite and technology offerings to prospective clients, and becoming a product expert on the technology
- Rolling up your sleeves to get things done full cycle from cold outreach, to contract signature, to customer success and beyond
Requirements:
- 4+ years in business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel 50-70% of the time
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Deep existing relationships within the Ski or High-Volume Hospitality space (preferred)
- Experience selling complex SaaS contracts (preferred)
