Job Description
Account Executive focusing on Employment Hero's Employer of Record (EOR) service. Consulting SMBs on hiring, onboarding, and payroll solutions while scaling without local entities.
Responsibilities:
- As an Account Executive focusing on Employment Hero’s Employer of Record (EOR) service, you will be the bridge between SMBs and their global expansion goals.
- Consult with C-level and HR executives on how to hire, onboard, and pay talent anywhere in the world without the need for local entities.
- Navigate complex conversations around international labor laws, compliance, and global payroll to provide tailored EOR solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to close, heavily reliant on generating your own pipeline from outbound prospecting for new global growth opportunities, whilst also leveraging the existing and established Employment Hero network.
- Conduct high-impact demos of the Employment Hero platform, showcasing our HeroForce and EOR functionality.
- Partner with SMB owners to help them scale their headcounts across borders instantly and compliantly.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in EOR/Global Payroll sales OR 360 Recruitment/Executive Search.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and the ability to self-source leads through strategic networking and social selling.
- The ability to explain complex compliance and financial concepts to Founders and HR Directors in a simple, compelling way.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment where the product and market evolve rapidly.
