Job Description

Account Lead Manager focusing on PPC and digital marketing in a remote SaaS startup. Collaborate with clients and enhance their ad performance through innovative solutions and hands-on strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Success & Consulting: Manage and grow our eCommerce and agency clients.
  • You analyze existing setups, identify optimization opportunities, and help integrate DatAds more effectively into their daily processes.
  • Customer Support: Conduct regular calls with clients, provide support via Slack, and actively advise on strategic questions related to creatives and campaigns.
  • Upselling & Reactivation: Identify growth opportunities within existing clients and proactively reach out to inactive or former leads via our CRM.
  • Communication & Content: Create copy, emails, and short updates for client retention, success communication, and to support sales activities.
  • Collaboration & Initiative: Work closely with the two founders, Max and Daniel, contribute your own ideas, and continuously improve our internal processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Performance Ads (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok) — both in operational campaign management and strategic development.
  • Ideally experience in an agency or as a freelancer — you understand the dynamics, responsibility, and self-direction that entails.
  • Hands-on mentality — you take action rather than only analyze and find pragmatic solutions.
  • Growth mindset & self-motivation: You want to see results, take ownership, and help build something.
  • Confident, personable presence in client communication — both written and in video calls.
  • Fluent German and good English, both written and spoken.
