Job Description

Account Manager managing and expanding IT staffing partnerships within healthcare industry. Driving new business through prospecting and account management with a focus on client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect existing clinical accounts to secure new IT staffing partnerships by identifying key technology leaders, building relationships, and generating new job orders
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, increasing job orders and revenue across IT disciplines
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of hospital accounts, including clients secured independently and those transitioned from the sales team
  • Cultivate, build and maintain valuable relationships with clients and prospects
  • Manage a high volume of activity in a fast paced environment while maintaining urgency and follow through
  • Build strong relationships with IT leadership, hiring managers, and procurement teams within hospital systems
  • Partner closely with recruiting, operations, and leadership to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
  • Minimum 3 years of IT staffing experience is required
  • Proven success in a metrics driven environment
  • Client centered mentality and passion for customer service
  • Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and take initiative to satisfy them
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
