Job Description

Account Manager servicing consumers electronics clients at Mosaic, a North American integrated agency. Overseeing project management, client services, and ensuring quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all program timelines, milestones, and deliverables for your account.
  • Proactively track progress against the plan, identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure objectives are met.
  • Work closely with your client to oversee the planning, execution, delivery and reconciliation of multiple projects while working with cross functional teams including Field, Operations, Analytics, and Events.
  • Respond to changing client, program, team and organizational needs and requirements with an ability to generate viable new approaches and solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy of the details, thorough note-taking, asking the important questions, thinking critically, and staying organized.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Must have 3-5 years project management experience in an agency environment or in the wireless industry
  • Experience in the wireless and retail industry is an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking & time management skills
  • Proven collaboration with cross functional teams within a working environment
  • Superb organizational skills – execution, and deliverables
  • Excellent Google Workspace skills (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Doc, etc)
  • Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport required for international business travel
  • Located near an International Airport with regular flights to Mexico, up to 25% travel
